Maintain prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance for publicly funded projects, with thorough documentation at every pay period
Track and report MWBE goals to meet contract requirements and demonstrate commitment to diversity across all eligible work

Compile and deliver all closeout documentation — warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, and lien waivers — so ownership has everything needed to transition seamlessly into operations
