Energy efficiency upgrades through HPD-NYSERDA Retrofit Electrification Pilot whereby all 6 buildings will convert to all-electric systems as part of the renovation.
In addition to serving as the project's general contractor, Avante, through its development affiliate, is a co-developer with Urban Green.
